This training aims to look at staff development, support and supervision in order to raise the quality of practice and meet the EYFS requirements.

Please arrive 15 minutes before training commences. Latecomers will be asked to leave and will be charged an additional £30 administration fee. By the end of the session, participants will be better able to identify the need for staff support, formulate plans for staff development and utilise effective supervision.
